Can't fault it. Warm welcome with tea and cake. Comfy bed in a quiet location.
Outstanding breakfast! Home made bread, jam, marmalade & granola, apple juice from the garden, and full cooked breakfast including the most delicious slow-roasted tomatoes I've ever tasted!
I asked for a sandwich lunch, which was a very generous size at a reasonable price. Made with more homemade ingredients & fresh salad from the garden.
Felt like a king!

The bedroom and bathroom were exquisite. It was spotless, and furnished beautifully. The food and service was lovely. Ample parking and well located for those travelling to or from Scotland from the south, it was exactly half way! The bonus for us, was driving into the Dales at night to watch a spectacular show of the Aurora Borealis!

The tucked away location was lovely, really quiet, and well signed so was easy to find. Pauline bought out a much needed pot of fresh tea and lovely cake on arrival. A welcoming log burner was ticking over in the guest lounge. Both Pauline and Roger were so friendly, and as farmers ourselves, my husband chatted away with both.... relentlessly! Our room was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that there was a little fridge in our room with PROPER MILK... hallelujah! It was lovely to fall asleep with the odd moo of a cow in the background. Breakfast was divine. This farmhouse B&B is a REAL gem and unbelievable value for money. We absolutely will be back next time we are up North. Thank you Pauline and Roger.
House in a lovely location with great views. Nice to see Cows in adjoining Field. Traffic is pretty noisy, but we still managed to sleep well in the comfortable bed. Room quite small, but great en-suite shower & toilet.
Very helpful Host. Happy to answer my travel questions. Covid rules were easy to follow & made us feel safe. Great Breakfast choices & served in bedroom worked well. Close to Kirkby Lonsdale - lovely Town. Great meal in Snooty Fox.
Good parking too.

I did only stay in the hotel, The towns of Ingleton and Kirby Lonsdale are very nice and I would visit again. The main purpose was a photography event at Ribblehead and the B&B is close enough to reach the event for the start at 9 am.

Lovely area.
Lovely area. Walk to Ingleborough Cave via Nature Trail very scenic although steep in places. Clapham Village where trail starts is very pretty and car parking good.
Kirkby Lonsdale nearby and lots of eating places. We can recommend the Sneaky Fox pub for a good meal and not too expensive.
