Had no cold water from sink tap but they supplied bottle water but did not repair tap in room,Room was a bit tired breakfast food was ok

Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and double aspect. The bathroom was large, modern and light and clean. There’s a big car park which we needed as we were travelling with a van containing very expensive bikes. The actual food we ate at the evening meal was good( everything else around the experience wasn’t great) . The reception was friendly and efficient. When I pointed out plates left overnight in the corridor he was very apologetic

All areas gave the impression you were in a hotel of a higher standard than their room rate. Amy the receptionist gave the service you expect but very seldom get, she was first class.

Should be closed down. Made the best man's speach, how bad it was. Many had black mold on the walls. Some getting full refunds. I didn't take pictures so can't go for a redund. Owners clearly running place into the ground before selling it for flats.

The inn had a lovely personality, we were made to feel welcome and they made genuine attempts to accommodate our early arrival (we had an event to attend at a nearby venue). The room was cosy, with additional facilities I've not experienced elsewhere; the bed was huge, the bathroom clean and well equipped. There is a well-stocked bar with table or sofa seating; and the breakfast was delicious

I loved the location, the size of the room and facilities, lots of quiet dog walks literally from outside the door. The pub was very close to Midhurst and other very pretty villages so eating out was not a problem, just a shame that I would have occasionally eaten in the pub restaurant but it only served Thai food which I enjoy but not every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful I shall definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.
