Everything, what a gem. We visit Chester quite often and never stayed at the Brookside, we certainly will stay a lot more now we've found it. What an excellent hotel. The staff were so pleasant and friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean, such comfy beds and the food excellent. The young bar chappy was absolutely lovely.

Room was very comfortable. Loved staying in a beautiful, historic place. Grounds were immaculate. Peaceful and quiet. Staff very professional, welcoming and friendly. Food was generally excellent apart from the blip mentioned below.
