It’s an old Inn full of history. Although the building is old, the accommodation was modern, fresh and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we had everything we needed. We had breakfast in the bar overlooking the river - the setting and the food was lovely.
The Inn was about a 7 minute walk from the town centre, so nice and central. We’d definitely stay again.

Everything was exactly as expected from photo's provided at time of booking. Accommodation was small but well equipped for our stay, on entering the accommodation it smelt pleasant and was very clean. All linens were supplied which included towels, bedding and tea towels and were high quality and smelt lovely (towels were big and soft) also included was tea/coffee and fresh milk, there was an information pack for local attractions which also included contact number for Jocelyn who replied very quickly to a question we had, Jocelyn checked in with us mid way through our 6 night stay and provided a change of towels. The bed was surprisingly big and extremely comfortable with lots of pillows, and quality linen that you just sank into, can honestly say we slept like logs. The location was perfect, only 8 minute walk to the high street and roughly 15/20 minutes to the beach, we honestly didn't believe it was that close, husband was extremely happy as he was able to leave car parked up and enjoy a pint or two (free off road parking was included) It was really nice going to a self catering accommodation and not having to worry about taking basic things like washing up cloths and cleaning products as was all provided.
I would love to come back and stay again 💖

The town was a little scary at times as some locals were a bit undesirable.
The RNLI cafe served lovely food until 5 while we were there. There were a lot of take away places but only a few restaurants and those were not what we were looking for.
There was a station with access to coastal places.Road connections were good.
The beach was stony to the west but provided a lovely walk along the coast.

Staying at Littlehampton allows you to explore beaches with both pebble and white sand dunes.
The small town with market and charity shops are just perfect if you need some relaxing days. If you’re more adventurous there’s always the sea with kite surfing and many other activities to try.
If you want to explore the surroundings you have Arundel castle within a few minutes by car. Or take a walk along the river Arun. If you’re like us, travelling from abroad without a car, the train to Gatwick is just a bit over an hour, which is a bonus.

Really enjoyed our visit to LIttlehampton.
Really enjoyed our visit to LIttlehampton. The beach was great and very clean and there was still plenty of little shops and cafes open even at the end of October. Lots of things to do in the local area as well which is great if you are holidaying with a family.

The Littlehampton beach - with a great stretch of sand when the tide is out - is great when the weather is good. The riverside walk is scenic, easy to access and has plenty of benches to stop and admire the view. There are a number of good eating places available. Littlehampton is also a good base to stay for exploring the wider area for a day e.g. Arundel, Bognor Regis or even Chichester.

Was lovely to re visit after such along time.
Was lovely to re visit after such along time. Lovely walks along the beach front. Found it very relaxing away from day to day stresses. There is a local Harvester pub to eat if you want a pub lunch. Littlehampton centre is easy to get to with having to drive.
I used this guest house as a base for visiting the Goodwood Revival event, for which it was just about perfect. The station is only a few minutes walk, and the train and shuttle service to Goodwood was a great way to avoid the traffic jams going in and out. My room had a view of the lovely garden, and the seafront and the pleasant river walk are very close by. The host was friendly and helpful, responding quickly to messages, and was very accommodating when my incoming flight was delayed. I would definitely stay here again.
Property was very clean, towels and bits laid out for us. Plenty of information in regards to accessing the property via code and key. The fridge was big enough to use, unlike hotel ones that are tiny.
Bed was very comfortable, although a little firm for my liking but no complaints. Location in the village was nice, easy to access shops from where we were. No traffic noise.
We stayed in basement room. It was very cosy with chic dark interior, beautiful furniture and great lighting. Very clean, everything looks neat not even any usual crap grouting in the bathroom. Hosts were very helpful and sorted a few extras quickly. Most well maintained little hotel and lovely hand-written cards with breakfast. So touched by their hospitality :)
Located right across from the beach and within walking distance to places to eat. Loved that parking was so easy and close-by (across the street) and had an excellent breakfast with a choice of in the room or in the lounge - we picked lounge and were the only ones who did that day but it was a lovely lounge and a great breakfast. Very comfortable rooms.
Fantastic front line location. Great for beach lovers, walkers, and watersports enthusiasts.
Littlehampton is a great base for exploring the Sussex coast, easily accessible by road and rail. The town centre and shops were only 10 minutes walk and there were plenty of choices for restaurants.
On street parking was easily available nearby.
Very comfortable, small hotel within a few steps of the beach. Lovely, clean room with a good bathroom with walk-in shower. Large, modern bar and restaurant area that serves a delicious breakfast - although it doesn't say so on the site, breakfast is included in the room rate. Staff friendly and welcoming and could not be more helpful.
Mark and Richard are delightful!! and they ensure your stay is top notch. Our room was exceptional, with all the details you’d expect from a 5 star hotel—the bed, the linens, and a deliciously balanced breakfast. We loved all the tips they shared on the area as well…super helpful tour guides!!
Lovely Hotel. I was on the Purple room and it felt very homely, the bear on the bed was a nice touch. And Monica was a great host. It was within easy reach of the station and high street, and just across the road from the Boating Lake and Seafront.
Excellent facilities, super clean, good breakfast with many choices & friendly hosts.
Beautiful house with easy parking in front, near to Littlehampton itself.
Highly recommend, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if in the area.
Place is amazingly beautiful clean rooms and comfy bed. The owner Rich is very Welcoming,he made our breakfast fresh😀It was delicious🤤 a 5min walk to the beach is a plus nice place to stay.. I can recommend this to anyone..
Freshly designed, sparkling clean and well kept place with helpful hosts! Scrumptious food in the nearby East Beach Cafe. You wouldn't like to stay in a 4 star chain hotel instead... We are definitely coming back!
We truly enjoyed this place! Lovely hosts, beautiful rooms and common areas, great breakfast and very dog friendly! The hotel is close to the beach, with easy parking right in front, which is another plus!
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The hosts were the beat. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, b and bus etc but thus was the best by far will be booking up soon for our next stay..
amazing location right by the water
the hotel was very nice, looked amazing, the rooms the restaurant all really well decorated. I’d definitely recommend.
