Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.

The welcome was very friendly and a simple process, the room was nice and bed comfortable.
Shower was good although detached and communal with other guests.

The farmhouse was easy to find. Jane & Nigel were very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. The tea & coffee making facilities in the room were a cut above the usual. It was nice to have a lounge to sot in, which was full of information & maps to take out with you. An excellent place to stay.
