    The location is good.

The location is good. The animals are lovely and old house with character. It is a bit dark and not a lot of space in bedrooms. There was not a rail on stairs to bathroom. Travellers up in the night need to know their are a couple of steps to bathroom.

Our stay truly was such a joy!

Our stay truly was such a joy! She was a wonderful and thoughtful host and was so lovely to talk with. Not to mention, this home is beautiful and so unique! Our room was very private with its own bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful each morning. Between the sweet pups, horses, beautiful land, and fresh air, I could have stayed forever! Her home is located wonderfully close to Lake Vyrnwy. We spent the day hiking and driving around the beautiful lake and had a delicious pizza at Something Tasty not too far away. I highly recommend this beautiful location and wonderful host!

There's not much about so you'll need to drive.

There's not much about so you'll need to drive. We didn't mind and easily fond the places we wanted to visit within 15-20 minutes from the farm. There's plenty of great pubs around to eat evening meals. Lake Vyrnwy is well worth a visit and make sure you get to the nearby waterfall (Rhiwargor), it's spectacular.

Lovely place situated in a beautiful spot with a stream...

Lovely place situated in a beautiful spot with a stream running though. Typical farmhouse with a log fire and animals wondering around. We would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting again.
