Tiny village on the banks of Loch Lomond - nice and quiet when we visited but I imagine it's overrun with tourists in the summer.
Great pub next to the car park where we had dinner and some nice coffee shops. Make sure you pre book the boat tours! We unfortunately didn't manage to get on as they had sold out both times.

We were visiting slightly out of season and our stay was planned around playing the local golf courses. Luss itself is a pretty village and a relaxed place to stay whilst visiting the Loch Lomond area.

Luss is a beautiful little town, the views next to the Loch are stunning. Plenty of hiking trails. Lovely pubs! It is out of the way from any main towns / places so you will need a car but once you are there, there are some lovely walks along the loch you can take. It's quiet but there's lots to do if you like outdoor activities, eating out and walks or a little romantic weekend away.

Beautiful little village with a beach, pier and water sports facilities. Food at the fish and chip shop was lovely. Cute little cottages. Had a really nice feel about it. Although I would recommend buying your petrol somewhere else as the price was higher than other petrol stations on route.

The place is beautiful!
The place is beautiful! Absolutely gorgeous to stay beside such breathtaking scenery, it really is good for the soul! Just wow! My favourite place in Luss is definitely Loch Lomond itself. But, pick your accommodation carefully because although we picked a great Inn with great views, we never spotted the very fast busy road between our accommodation and Loch Lomond and the noise detracted from the amazing scenery in Luss.
Network is a challenge but to be expected in such surroundings.
Favourite place to eat was The Inn on Loch Lomond, muscles were delicious.

A sweet wee village by the loch, with all the usual gift shops and tea rooms designed for tourists. We would have spent more time walking around the place and perhaps taking a loch cruise if it hadn't rained so heavily. The views from the pier are spectacular.
Delicious Continental Breakfast - I have never tasted anything like it before in a B&B or hotel. There was an abundance of everything with plenty more if you wished - you didn't need to ask as you were asked by Maria and told to take anything you had left away with you. She even provided you with a bag or container. The room was beautiful and so clean and fresh with everything required provided. Global B&B is situated in an excellent location within easy access to all amenities in Luss.
Beautiful location and amazing views. All the facilities you could need for a group stay. The main bathroom has a divine bath which was a nice surprise. The Duck Bay Hotel down the road serves amazing meals overlooking Loch Lomond. Great choice for something unique and special. My elderly parents would have struggled to get their luggage up the three flights of stairs without me so good for travellers to consider this. If you can manage it though, it’s well worth it!
It has an absolutely beautiful lake view! It’s nestled into a private location but within an easy walk to the town Luss where you’ll find restaurants and boat tours. Our host was amazing! He provided us with a great breakfast basket, helped us get to know the area and available attractions, he also set up the kids with kayak’s and gear so they could explore the lake and nearby islands. We wish we have spent more time here, make sure that you do!!
Great Location (loch facing, wooden chalet), friendly staff, speed of response of reception staff to putting things right, well equipped self catering accomodation, quiet, holiday park shop prices reasonable. There is a bus stop nearby & a hotel with a bar just across the road. Thank you for a great stay. Helensburgh is about a 20min drive away and worth a visit. Luss only a few minute drive away.
Comfortable, cosy and well equipped room, ideal for a winter break. We particularly enjoyed our evening meal which had more interesting choices than many hotels or pubs we've eaten in, well cooked and at a very reasonable price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice lounge/library area and the hotel is close to the Loch and a couple of nice shops in Luss.
The hosts are very friendly and kind elderly couples. They treat guests as if they treated their own children.
We had very nice talk in places to visit in Glasgow. In addition, on Sunday there were very few buses on the road. The granny of the hotel showed me specific buses to take on Sunday from the pier Luss to Lochgilhead. She is really fantastic!
The staff was very friendly. The location was good with easy access to the lake and about a km from Luss. The rooms are small but clean and fully equipped. The bathroom was well appointed and the water pressure in the shower was great. We dined at the in-house restaurant and enjoyed our meal as well as the service.
This is an excellent bed and breakfast place with a spectacular view across Loch Lomond. from the porch and living room. The rooms are comfortable and there is a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast is very good and the coffee was the best that is had in two weeks of travelling through Scotland.
Breakfast, Dinner and Afternoon Tea were all excellent and of a very high standard. All the staff were friendly and very efficient . The whole hotel was top class and we would recommend it to any prospective travellers. To top it off a lovely view of Loch Lomond.
The view from our balcony was stunning. The cottage is perfectly located, only 2 minutes drive from Culag to Luss.
We enjoyed having private access to water. Culag is a quiet and peaceful place, pure gem on the western banks of Loch Lomond.
Great location for Loch Lomond. Luss is beautiful. Small but well presented room. Nice furnishings. Decent sized bathroom. Ideal for a short stay of a night or two. Parking also available (parking is very limited in Luss).
Incredible views of Loch Lomond, beautiful room (the whole house was gorgeous), comfy king bed, delicious breakfast and charming, kind host with a thorough knowledge of the area. Thank you, Brodie! We'll be back!
Very comfortable accommodation. Very good breakfast. Easy car parking. Excellent location in the charming village of Luss on the shores of Loch Lomond.
