Everything was lovely, easy booking in, perfectly situated, very friendly, clean. The room was very comfortable.
Our evening meal was beautiful, we were lucky with the weather to be able to sit outside. The restaurant was lovely. Breakfast was included however we only managed to have a limited breakfast due to having to leave early, the staff tried really hard to accommodate us.
This small and friendly hotel is close to the centre of Louth in the Lincolnshire Wolds. It is within easy access of Lincoln, East Coast resorts and the countryside.

The property was very clean and well presented.
The owner changed our room to one on the ground floor when I mentioned that I find stairs a little difficult.

Location good. Parking good. Very pleasant bar man greeted me & showed me to my room, carrying my case & explaining about keys and locking up. (No breakfast available but good directions to cafe providing breakfast).
