Great location short lovely walk in to town. They have a small carpark that's £10 for 24hrs or few free spaces outside on road if lucky to get one apart from parking lovely hotel.

Wow we had a free upgrade and stayed in the rooms under hotel like a chalet.. room was huge with sitting area double and single bed and decent size bathroom super clean not a spit of dust.. Close to town centre and harbour.. Will be requested this room next time

I liked the swimming pool facilities the jucazzi and the sauna, I liked the restaurant/bar at the hotel.
I liked the large shower in the room, I liked that the room had a sea view and that the reception staff were polite and welcoming.

Great facilities, always stay in derwent ,bought my nephew and family ,,very disappointed didn't mention when booked there was a skittle shoot out so couldn't use games room and room 113 and 215 didn't sleep cus on the noise from karaoke 😀 I should of been told we wud on done another date

Lovely Christmas decorations and that were in keeping with the house colours, so many personal touches to make the stay even more special.
Houses was very clean and modern, all personal comforts (t.v, Netflix etc Wi-Fi) in great working order.
Great location to see all parts of Devon for day trips.
