Room was great and quirky to say the least but very nice, bathroom was ok but not on the same level as the room itself. Food was great and breakfast was plentiful.

The room was amazing so clean tidy beautiful view, breakfast wow fills you up for the day. Recommend anyone come stay here. Staff and owners and so lovely. Just round the corner from instow beach where can even walk or have Hopkins ice cream,
