This property had character was close to the beautiful town centre of Leek, it was perfect, Paul and Jill were such friendly and attentive towards us. Breakfast was perfectly cooked. There is nothing we did not like we will definitely be booking again. Downstairs room so we can sit outside if the weather is good

A very charming place in a lovely village. Very friendly and welcoming staff with a personal approach. All the necessary comforts.
