Omg. The person that is manage this is really messy and not professional. They give two option no refundable and you pay a little more for refundable I chose that one. Guys, what the sh* I did. I didn’t use the room. I told them they say did you check the policy’s. Tell me if this person have morals and empathy? Even ask is possible if you don’t want to refund “literally or change the date” didn’t response me. Be careful money takers, they don’t give a sh* now laughing with my 66 pounds that I work for.
