This 500 year hotel is full of character and perfectly located near to the castle. The staff were extremely efficient and cheerful. I stayed at Lodge Dinorwig for two nights. The location is very close to all the central hiking routes, especially the famous trail to Snowdon. The hostel is incredibly cosy and the views from the terrace are breathtaking. Great hosts, super friendly environment, and delicious breakfasts. I'm definitely coming again and have already recommended this place to my friends!

This is a fantastic area, There are so many places to explore If you like to go for a walk or just be out of the city life and get into the country this is the perfect place, The quarry nearby makes for wonderful pictures and a beautiful walk.
At the top of the hill you can see for miles and miles, the ocean is not to far away if you like to visit the beach for the day, We really felt like we were up in the clouds and the views were incredible.
