Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was exceptional. We were there to take the morning ferry to Arran and the ferry terminal was only a 6 minute drive away. We also had our evening meal there which was also very good.

Absolutely amazing hotel, which is in a beautiful area. The bedroom views are stunning. We could see right along the coast line. All the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. We were treated like royalty, they couldn't help us enough. The swimming and spa areas are very clean and great to use. 100% recommended this hotel.

Thought we were going to a lodge but on arrival we were shown the lodge carpets were up and beds in lodge were separated and moved to 1 side and we were given a family room. No wardrobe just what u see in the picture below to hang things up. The lodge/ hotel shouldn't be opened it isn't up to standard that people see on your website.
Radiator coming away from the wall. Curtains stained, kettle and t-spoons stained. Bathroom door u couldn't lock. Ower bought us drink as he didn't have any drinks on tap. Views out our room window wasn't great in photos below. Staff very nice but the place is needing a lot of TLC.
