Tea & Coffee was provided, TV's in both the living room & bedroom was a bonus, The place was well equipped & clean. Weatherspoon's is located bang next door so we had breakfast there. Also Lidl is very close too so that was handy.

slept 6 comfortably, fairly cheap uber from the city, quiet residential area, good communication with property owner, security deposit paid back within 2 hours of leaving (after property was checked) all sports and movies on living room tv, good shower facilities and some really friendly cats in the garden on the morning!

Wonderful art deco hotel by the railway station and close to the centre of Leeds. Great facilities and large bedroom. I had a room at the front overlooking City Square. Very helpful staff.

We were going to Otley to see Jon Langford's Bright Shiners at UpCo this was an excellent place to stay in order to do this. The receptionist was a complete star!

Well appointed room in great location for the central Leeds wedding we were attending. Good bars and restaurant in immediate vicinity, including the venue for the wedding reception (Shears Yard). Well placed for the Royal Armouries Museum and Rail Station.

A beautiful setting. Peaceful is not the word! An oasis of calm in the heart of Headingley. Great car parking too. The breakfast made for an excellent start to the day and it was good to meet the staff again who really make you feel at home. Thanks!

Was a very lovely area to stay in and wasn’t too far to get to the city centre or anywhere we needed to go. Was more peaceful than the city centre and many things to do on the doorstep. We managed to get a cooked breakfast at the Wetherspoons close by.
