We had a lovely warm welcome from FOH staff. We were able to get a carvery but had literally arrived as they were getting ready to close food down. The housekeeping staff were lovely and really helpful, rooms were exceptionally clean with plenty of teas/coffees and clean towels available in good-sized rooms. There was a good selection for breakfast too, would recommend going for earlier sitting.
