The shower was mouldy around the bottom. The duvets were hardly big enough for the single beds. Biggest problem was that the ground floor bedroom was on the street level and as the hotel bar closed at 2am all those passing were loud and disruptive. We didn’t get to sleep till gone 3am. I know the bar can’t control the noise of customers on the street but when you’ve been told it’s a quiet room it’s very annoying. On the plus side the staff and food in the bar was good.

What a nice surprise! The building was very welcoming and felt very safe. The room was large and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. The decorations was also very nice and modern. Also the self check-in/out is very convenient and easy to use.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The bus from the airport drops off just across the road and the trains are right there. As well as being so close to the actual city centre and all the sights! The staff were so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was great as well, really set me up for a good day. Great sized rooms, with fab views no matter what side of the building you're on. Also the aircon actually worked, I've been to so many hotels where it doesn't and the room is too hot but the aircon was perfect and I could keep the room at a comfortable temperature!
The location was beautiful and quite serene. A one off place which could be improved on. A mixture of clientele. The art gallery to the front is a miniature gem as are the few local shops with everything you may need.
