The house is beautiful as you can see on pictures and the family room is really perfect, lot of space, comfortable and cozy.
On top of that Louise did everything to make our stay the best, with a lot of attentions, a nice common space to relax snack, coffee, information on place around.
Louise is a really welcoming person that make us enjoy a restful & nice moment there

We had dinner there which was excellent as were the staff. Everyone was very friendly and polite, room was clean and smelt fresh. We could actually open the windows which you are unable to do in a London Hotel....absolutely amazingly comfortable. If we return to Belfast we will definitely return to the Stormont.

We arrived late and left early. Didn’t have time to look around the town. We chose Newtownards for its location from where we would be visiting local attractions the next day and the hotel as the best of a small choice.

Newtownards, while not obviously a beautiful town, has interesting and historic elements. Its position near Belfast, lovely Strangford Lough and magnificent National Trust property Mountstewart is a bonus. We enjoyed drinks and food in the Parlour (formerly known as the Old Cross). The beds were comfy and will say it was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in quite a few. Brian was so lovely each evening we arrived wold certainly be back again because he's so helpful kind chatty makes all difference at the front of house.

The hotel is located just opposite a shopping centre and Asda, so it was very convenient to arrive and make a bit of shopping. Look forward to staying there for a long weekend soon.
