The host was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was more like a suite, plenty of room with a large bed, seating area, bathroom, small table and wardrobe. Breakfast help yourself- simple, included in very reasonable price. Heating on morning and evening which is rare for hotels these days so able to dry things easily. Next to bus stops and the high street shops yet quiet for sleeping.

Paul was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful garden surroundings.
Catered for my dietary needs, buying gluten free bread, cake and porridge.
We had two rooms available for just us. Bedroom with on suite bathroom and a separate lounge room. Everything we needed was in our lounge. Use of Netflix and wire fi.
Water bed was great. Never slept in a water bed so was a bit of a laugh, till we got use to it. Plenty of pillows and towels available.
Bath bombs available for the bath. Lovely thought.
There was nothing we needed as Paul had thought of everything.

Loved the experience we had staying in this lovely apartment!
First of all it was clean! The nice details such as treats for children on the table, and milk in the fridge for tea and coffee, did make a difference!
And the owner definitely makes the experience nicer as he always was available and online to help with any questions.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at Eastern Red, which was recommended by one of the staff ( my husband specifically wanted the best Chinese restaurant in the area).
The bar, hallway and restaurant had such wonderful character. The staff were very attentive at breakfast. The room was very good.
The hotel is a short drive to Liverpool city centre, Chester (Zoo and city) and also close to beaches on the Wirral peninsula and on the North Wales coastline.

Took us nearly an hour of driving around finding the hotel on my sat nav from the given post code. Perhaps your web page could advise of this anomaly. Extra tired due to this extra drive.
I will never stay at the hotel. Can I stay in Holiday In up and down the country I have done now for over 20 years and this is by far the worst stay I’ve ever had at the Holiday In hotel location creation/ Staff value for money poor very poor
Very clean in general, bath could do with replacing as grubby. Bedding exceptionally clean and crisp sheets. Also lovely big pillows which makes a change for these type of hotels.
Breakfast was excellent. Service was good. Lots of parking space availble. Additional benefit include 24 hr Macdonald next to it. Clean room and hallways. Really recommend it.
Everything went well it was so clean spacious comfortable room. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel ,the quality of the food was exceptional, highly recommend thishotel
Excellent service from EVERY member of staff we came across. This hotel should hold a masterclass for other establishments on how to look after guests. Thanks to all of you!
Modern, clean and managed by helpful staff members who were happy to assist with a number of queries. Hotel is well located and has an excellent, large car park.
