Prefer room on first floor, but had not specified as booked via Booking.com rather than direct. The orange dessert was simply amazing - an outstanding culinary memory perfectly matched by the recommended wine.

First time staying at a Hampton hotel and was really pleased. Location was great right next to the motorway junction, plenty of parking available. Check in was quick and efficient and staff were really friendly. Room was really nice, clean, fresh with a great view out over a small lake behind the hotel. Room was very quiet, so has great sound insulation as it is right on the motorway. Bathroom was great, and the rainfall shower was lovely. A brilliant buffet breakfast in the morning…….all in all a great stay.
