The property was easy to find with ample free parking outside. We were welcomed and shown to our room which was plenty big enough. The room was spotless, bed was super comfy and the breakfast was spot on. The hosts were amazing, nothing was too much. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room was nice and clean, bathroom was clean as well. Tea, coffee, biscuit and chocolate were provided in the room. Room had a kettle so was easy to make something hot to drink after being out in the cold. I like that the heating was turned on considerably. Breakfast was amazing. Haven’t had that anywhere.

The staff were really helpful and kind. We were able to invite guests ( non residents )for dinner. The staff explained that they couldn't change our room, and though some bathroom fittings were broken ( toilet seat , shower curtain rail) we could still use the facilities and the room was adequate.

On top of Kirkley Cliff, overlooking Lowestoft’s beach, Hotel Victoria is less than a mile south of the town centre.
