Very comfortable.. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The bed was fantastic and the bathroom huge. Venue is in a superb position. We had a front facing room with a beautiful window seat and view

We stay in different hotels. This one far exceeded the others. All the staff, without exception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless, The bedroom met all expectations and was very comfortable. All meals were perfect with a good variety of meals on offer. The prices charged were fair and reasonable. The views from the hotel were great. It was an excellent three night stay. Many a time I am glad to get out of the place we stay at, but we could have easily stayed the week at this hotel. Thank you to all staff. You were welcoming which made the hotel perfect in every respect.

Woodcote House has individual, colourful rooms with great showers, and boasts a fantastic location for exploring Liverpool or Chester.

Booked at short notice....location for what we wanted was good, simple booking process, very competitive, Ian messaged late afternoon for our eta and was there to meet us and show us to our room...it was fine, tea n coffee facilities, TV on wall, en suite shower room...bed was comfy enough softer than ours but fine, it was quite warm at night but a tower fan was in room. Terrace to sit out at back. Access to a kitchen with usual kitchen facilities...we could not get onto the WiFi wouldn't connect at all but not an issue as we used mobile data. Thnx

The staff were so lovely and helpful and the sports bar had a great atmosphere and lovely food & drinks. Starbucks was a nice touch too. The hotel was a 20 min drive to centre (including a toll). Easy to find and bed was comfy.
