Loved all of the little touches than Han had gone to the effort to make. Welcome biscuits, basic supplies like tea and coffee provided on arrival. Lovely welcome on the peg board. Han made sure to message to ensure we had arrived ok and checked in throughout the trip to ensure we weren't having any issues.

The conservatory off the lounge is amazing. Views are spectacular. Met and chatted with Ryan, who was lovely and friendly.
Use of fridge was really handy.
Bed very comfortable ... see comments below.
Plenty of plug sockets, plus USB sockets. Hairdryer was a nice bonus.
Large walk in shower with ok water pressure.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Really happy with our stay in this little hotel. All the staff were excellent and friendly, and the service was top-notch. Comfortable bed in an immaculately clean room. We also ate dinner in the restaurant which was universally enjoyed. Cracking breakfast too.

Pembroke Dock is a friendly, beautiful Welsh port with many choices for restaurants and accommodation. Had a lovely huge breakfast at the Dolphin. Everything was within a 17 minute walk of the train station. The people were fabulous!

Pleasant town with an interesting history. The local people were friendly and helpful. There was a good corner shop very close by with larger supermarkets a short drive away. Pembroke Dock is a commercial port and ferry terminal for Ireland. It is totally seperate from Pembroke town which was interesting particularly with the castle. The Beggars Reach hotel was across the river from Pembroke in the village of Burton. We ate in the hotel and the Jolly Sailor Pub by the old ferry landing stage. The food was good and the atmosphere convivial.

Additionally, on a personal note - I checked in on a day where the weather around Pembroke Dock was a bit dodgy (a storm was forecasted). There were two bathrooms on our floor so there was never queue and they were spotless. Lovely owners, no hassle, very easy contactless check in and check out. Value for money. Very nice and friendly staff, even drove our vehicle around to the parking area ( which was very small). No elevator and three stories, so be prepared. Rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and well presented. If you like to dine "al fresco" they have a nice overflow, outdoor dining area. inside dining was a bit restricted but well worth waiting for. The host is very friendly and accommodating, and so are the hotel staff. We stayed in the family room that is sufficiently large for three of us, with great views. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of fresh stuff, fruits and was cooked to order. If we visit Pembrokeshire again, will definitely book a room from this guest house.
