It was everything we wanted for our trip to watch the rugby (shame about the result l. The rooms were lovely, very clean and comfortable. Nick (the owner) was incredibly helpful both before we arrived and whilst we were there. From leaving the property to arriving in the city centre took no more 20 minutes so it was perfect if you didn't want to stay in the city centre and pay their prices, with the added bonus of being a reasonable walking distance from the sea front. I'd definitely stay there again if I go to the rugby again.

We had a quiet Executive room on the 4th floor which was very comfortable. Hotel location was excellent for us - short walking distance from the station. We had breakfast in the Executive lounge (included in the price of the room) which was more than adequate - all self service but certainly no problem for us.

Only saw the lady on reception (day time shift) was incredibly helpful and really lovely! Single room was perfect for my night stay bed very comfortable had a good night sleep! Location is fantastic in the middle of everything which was ideal for what I wanted! 2nd time staying at this hotel and will happily book to stay here again!
