The whole place was spotlessly clean, Joanne was very friendly and helpful, we ordered breakfast of bacon sandwiches and juice which was brought to the room and there was so much we couldn't eat it all ,

I was made to feel at home right away. I chose to drive to Porthtowan beach for a fabulous fish and chips supper and returned to find an offer of a lovely coffee and cake in my room.
A lovely night’s sleep was followed by a fabulous breakfast with a great view of the garden and beyond.

I feel could be better equipped ie kettle on gas hob took 15mins to boil.decking needed maintenance. Awelcomeoack incloflocal emergency numbers and owner themselves. TV had a back of turning on and plug in bathroom area useless
But overall had lovely time will ise again....
