Only stayed one night enroute to Devon.
Only stayed one night enroute to Devon. An ideal stop over; warm welcome, lovely room, comfortable lounge and bar for pre dinner drink. Food was excellent, could be eaten in the bar or in the restaurant. Reasonably priced wine. Breakfast choices, no buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, the host was very friendly and helpful , room was delightful ,choice of breakfast, served in our room due to Covid 19 restriction, was very nice. Will stay again next time we are in this area.

We had the most enjoyable time there, it is family run and they work extremely hard to make guests welcome. Fantastic food all local produce cooked and servied to a very high standard.It's a very historic house, very beautiful but also very clean and comfortable, we would certainly stay rhere again. Very good value for money.
