The stay was wonderful! The staff is extremely pleasant and professional. Sincere communication with the child. We went to Paultons Park, it was very well connected from the hotel. Breakfast for adults is delicious. Very comfortable bed, cozy bedding. In the center of the town, near many cafes and places to eat.

Breakfast was a complete shambles.....nit enough tabkes for the guests, poor choice and linited availability Was given keys to a room that was still occupied. Went to speak to manager who said it was a computer glitch. Gave me keys to a different room on a different floor....this again was occupied! I went down again and they sent 2 staff members to check to make dure 3rd room was actually available. Thats a massive breach of thosr other guests security...i could have taken anything! Did not give me confidence that my own room would be secure so i kept my things in my car
