A fabulous find. A modern, stylish and very well equipped room in a wonderful scenic location. The host was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We also appreciated the minibar stocked with complimentary soft drinks. A great place to stop for a night when cycling round the 5 ferries route.

We liked the location. We noticed how clean and tidy the town was. We enjoyed the food even though it wasn't what we ordered. A fish was ordered but received chicken instead.

Host met us at the door. Gave us excellent instructions to the restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent: I had haggis and bacon, my colleague had full Scottish.
It was a very pleasant stay. Parking outside was not a problem.

Lovely stay for my husband’s 60th birthday.
Lovely stay for my husband’s 60th birthday. Everything went to plan and he loved his surprise visit to Portavadie. Many thanks to Izzy in the spa for a wonderful massage and to Tilly for looking after us in the restaurant and going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful place with amazing facilities. The infinity pool is the icing on the cake! We will return.

Spectacular views both day and nighttime.
Spectacular views both day and nighttime. The site has a good range of facilities but feels secluded and peaceful, ideal both for those wanting just to relax or those wanting an activity holiday. It’s a remote location but with a good range of walks, cycling routes and gardens close by. The ferry network means there’s ample chance to explore more than Cowal.

Excellent location for a relaxing break on very comfortable accomodation.
Leisure facilities werent open due to pandemic
but I would imagine they are very good.
Problem was I think price could have been reduced to reflect this.
The Portavadie Loch Fyne was an absolutely awesome experience. The room was huge and clean, the staff were all very friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was beautiful. We had dinner every evening of our 4 night stay in the restaurant, presentation and quality was amazing. We visited the spa, the views are incredible. Overall we had a fabulous stay and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The site was very big. Great for walks around the facility. There was a port there that offered fiery lifts if needed. I only stayed one night. There was a really nice gym and spa with a pool sauna and jacuzzi. Also had a forever pool outside.very relaxing.
Room was spacious, very clean & comfortable! Only slight thing was no shelving in bathroom (Lodge 1) to sit toiletries on but this is minor.
Food was superb!!! Staff in all areas were super friendly. Beautiful hotel, will definitely return :)
We stayed in the luxury apartments looking over the marina. The apartment was clean and definitely luxurious! The views were amazing , the leisure and hospitality first class and Portavadie itself was beautiful!
..Accommodation was excellent. Portavadie was a hidden gem. Excellent food served in the marina restuarant. Leisure facilities especially the heated infinity pool are a must..
