Everything was amazing! The jacuzzi was great, the place was so clean. Hosts was lovely! Got back to me whenever I reached out very quickly. Great place to get away with friends when you need a short time break! Will definitely be going back soon. Absolutely loved it 100/10

In dining room or other parts of the hotel. Staff were few & far between.
Barman was more interested in the football on the television. We were actually the only people eating in the restaurant.

1hrs after I checked in to my room, an Asian male cleaner entered my room uninvited, with his key knowing that I was in there. He spoke to me before he entered, he did not wait for me to open my door and just walked in. I felt my privacy violated and for the first time did not feel secure at this hotel. I was really annoyed by it. I really did not like this. The hotel does What I liked Nice size room. Clean room, very relaxing. Fridge comfortable bed and pillows What I disliked 1hrs after I checked in to my room, an Asian male cleaner entered my room uninvited, with his key knowing that I was in there. He spoke to me before he entered, he did not wait for me to open my door and just walked in. I felt my privacy violated and for the first time did not feel secure at this hotel. I was really annoyed by it. I really did not like this. The hotel does not have a safe so if I had any valuables left out god knows what could have happened. He could have also walked in on us naked with no clothes on. I checked in at 3pm and he walked in my already cleaned room at 3.45pm. The question I have is: 1. Why did he walk into my room, uninvited, and 2. What reason did he have to enter my room at that time 3.45pm 16.4.2023? This is something I wish to know for security and privacy reasons.

Location and pricing for me to commute to Tottenham Stadium was perfect. The room was comfortable from bed to bedding to pillows. Bathroom was ok and the shower was great. All basic essential things were provided: clean room which was cool and fresh, however had a good heating rediator for night time; clean comfortable bed; hot shower; friendly staff which always was avaliable on the reception. Location is very convinient to get London if you are driving a car - just 15-20 minuts to Edgware tube station car park.
