Impeccably clean and very well equipped, the hosts were welcoming and friendly and cared about every little detail. The breakfast was tasty and great size. Car parking was available and the hosts gave us great recommendations as to what to do/see in the area. We would come back again without a doubt.

The breakfast is excellent. Lots of options; and very healthy ones too. Fresh fruit platters and bowls of fresh fruit, along with yogurts. There's also an assortment of smoothies to choose from. You can't fault the cooked breakfast buffet, and poached eggs are made to order if you want them. The staff here are lovely, and provide a brilliant welcome after your journey with a nice cup of tea (or coffee)! Very clean, warm and welcoming. It's far enough out of the centre of Blackpool to enjoy the peace and quite, but there's a tram stop opposite, so you can easily dip in and out as much or as little as you choose. Parking is quite easy even if the hotel carpark is full, as the sideroads are free. There are some lovely bars and restaurants in easy walking distance too.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is a reminder of the history of the building. Facilities were plentiful and the room appeared clean and comfortable.

Location is right on the seafront, Linda met us at the door and was helpful from the off as was her husband. Very nice people
