The lady at reception was really helpful and sourced me a heater when I told her the heater in the room wasn’t working. The room was comfortable and the area was quiet too.

The room was very good value for money. The mattress was firm, in case folk have a preference, was fine for us. Staff very friendly and the food (dinner and breakfast) very nice indeed. Plenty of parking.
I should have checked the check-in time. Not the property's fault. Probably best to let them know expected arrival time.

Great roads, you can get most places quickly.
Great roads, you can get most places quickly. A very green town with lots of trees and grassed areas. Good shopping centre and a great central location for visiting other local places such as Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon for example.

The town offers most if not everything you would want on a trip away. It’s close to Stratford-upon-Avon birthplace of Shakespeare that comes alive at 10am. Easy to spend a couple of days there with activities. People present friendly and the town feels safe.

A good town with a lot of big stores. 2 Wetherpoons and a good kebab shop(Pepenos) opposite the royal enfield wetherspoons. If this is your thing, you can't go wrong. All of this just a couple of hundred yards from the holiday inn express

Redditch is a pleasent town.
Redditch is a pleasent town. The hotel is near the centre and importantly the station. The hotel could be cleaner with rubbish left in the corridor overnight. I had the feeling that the staff were not very enthusiastic about their employment and the guests they looked after. Upper management needed to spend some time to look how the hotel had degraded and make sure staff enjoyed the environment that they worked in and what it meant to work in the hotel trade. It is very important to keep tables and the buffet area clean, the foyers clear of cigarette buts and corridors clear of pizza boxes and Mc Donald bags. Just these small things would bring the hotel back to its previous excellent level..

I think the staff can be a bit more helpful and maybe the right attitude to work will go a long way in making visitors feel more welcome.
The hotel is a bit dated and facilities could be better. We used the Jacuzzi and noticed it hasn’t been properly cleaned. The facilities are basic and not much to todays standards.
You also have to request to have a fridge in you room which I find a bit surprising. Most hotels nowadays have small fridges in Rooms for guests to use.
The gardens are nice and well kept and the hotel has walks close by which was a big bonus. Very good location but sadly there wasn’t a swimming pool although there’s a jacuzzi to use if you book it in.
Clean room, lovely bed and pillows/duvet!, freshly changed. Left alone and had no reason to make contact to managers, swift and peaceful 3 night stay, would recommend and deffo use again if in redditch area!
American motel vibe!
Tv channels were great and recently decorated.
They have a big beautiful dog and every time I pulled in I could see him/her resting its big beauty of a head on the sofa looking out, so sweet, bless.
Generally really good stay.
The staff here are first class. I'm turning into an old grouch these days but I remember being brought up on a "customer is always right" basis and I have to strive for excellence all the time in my job. It's nice to see that other people are still working from the same manual! Very helpful, very nice, I will always stay in this hotel whenever I come to Redditch, which I do a couple of times a year.
Excellent service , really appreciated the air conditioned room and complimentary breakfast and staff were helpful and charming. Far better value than the Abbey Hey Hotel were we stayed for the Wedding the next day. In hindsight should have booked 2 nights at the Holiday Inn and just got taxi's
Lovely little hotel, newly refurbished and looking great. Staff are very friendly and helpful and don't be put off by the two star rating, it was much better than that! Would stay here again and would recommend to people too. Short walk into the town centre too. A gem of a find.
I like the staff , Ms Barbra (night staff ) was very friendly , helpful and feel she was working very hard and did everything what we requested .
I bel8ve she was the best employ you have at the hotel. thanks to her prompt action.
Absolutely everything, the only hotel I will stay in at reddich. The staff are accommodating and friendly, the room is always clean and comfortable. The food is lush and what a beautiful place to stay. Home away from home.
Nothing. It's seems to be undergoing a restoration but is the dirtiest, filthy un maintained hotel I have, in my vast experience, ever had the misfortune to stay in. It should be closed; It is entirely unsuitable.
I and my girlfriend love the Flat 9 ,and when we want to stay in Redditch, we always check the available days for it.
The host is a kind and friendly.
See you soon,
Evren and Rosie :)
It’s a nice hotel set in tranquil woods close to Redditch allowing easy access to Worcestershire, Warwickshire and North Oxfordshire. So great location for South Midlands.
