A very big and comfortable room. Bed was very comfy and the bathroom adequate. Breakfast offering was great and the staff all friendly and super helpful. You can make yourself a cup of tea in the room. This was our second stay.

I was disappointed has when my niece went to get the breakfast which I had paid for they said it wasn't paid for could I get the money for the 2 breakfast back. I was going to ring up about it any way.
A mere 5-minute walk from Warrington town centre, the hotel is easily accessible from the M56, M6 and M62 motorways, and directly opposite Warrington Bank Quay mainline railway station.

A nice private estate but I could not see a reason to visit unless you had a good reason, like we did.
It is a pleasant enough town, what we saw of it but nothing jumped out as worth visiting otherwise.
If you need to be there for work, or in our situation a course at the nearby Birchwood Bussiness Park, this is ideal and only 15 minutes walk away
