Very convenient location next to Newcastle central station and the Metro, where trains to the airport leave about every 15 minutes. The hotel building and rooms have a modern, but warm and welcoming style. My room was very nice, and it had air condition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice too, and very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately I couldn't try breakfast because I had to leave for my flight and I stayed in Newcastle for only 1 night, but I would like to try it next time :)

Lovely room and view. Hotel facilities were fantastic. In a fantastic location, with plenty of access to some great things to do.

Riverside location with own but limited parking. Staff were friendly and floor to ceiling windows gave great view. Was able to check-in earlier than expected without fuss. Gino’s restaurant on-site was a bonus. Clean and modern.
