Modern , clean and tidy. Hearty breakfast included. Good parking. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Fast food, coffee shop and coop shop nearby plus fuel station. Located alongside A30 for easy travel into Cornwall and Devon.

Super room and excellent dining. In fact so good we’ve booked another overnight on our return from The Isles of Scilly. Staff exceptionally helpful. Perfect location for visiting Truro and Lost Gardens of Heligan

Tracy and her husband were so welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected and they were friendly and accommodating, with lots of suggestions for local highlights for lunch and views. The room itself was lovely and very comfortable, with beautiful stained glass windows. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Overall a lovely (albeit short!) weekend trip.

The accommodation is NOT in Saint Dennis but a couple of miles (approx 2.5) further on. Its actually about about 1/3 mile from the village of Nanpean heading towards Foxhole.
