Having a disabled wife we were given a parking space and a ground floor room whitch was absolutely fabulous was looked after by all the staff especially the head of the restaurant. Will definitely be back

We originally booked for one night in a sea view room, the Saturday, but we then decided to book an additional night for the Friday. I emailed the hotel and booked a standard double for the Friday as it was considerably cheaper. When we arrived, the manager Rado (I assume he was the manager anyway) comped us with an upgrade to our Seaview room as it wasn't being used that night.
All staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Julie was especially friendly and helpful. Parking was £5 per night but the hotel was happy for us to keep our car on the carpark until we left on the Sunday. We parked in the rear carpark which was secured at night.
Our room was clean and suited our needs, and the view was great. We used the pool and sauna on the Saturday afternoon, and we had it to ourselves for a good hour. We were slso welcome to use the facilities after checkout on the Sunday.
The town is a five minute walk away along the cliff road and there's a Tesco Express virtually next to the hotel. We will definitely stop again, next time we're in Newquay :)
