Perfect escape from the hustle of nosey and arsey Southern...
Perfect escape from the hustle of nosey and arsey Southern Hampshire.
Coming here you switch in to a relaxed state, appreciating the sounds and sights of the wildlife and the setting of the grounds. It's a perfect base if you wish to travel by foot along the local coastlines, or if you wish to drive around Pembrokeshire. The front room and bedroom in the Caradog are separated and it makes it feel homely and spacious, the bed is very comfy.
As long as you do your research into where you can eat, I recommend the local Garden Centre for Breakfast and Lunch, and the Brook Inn for dinner, or explore the Griffin at Dale Beach.
A lovely peaceful place to stay.

A lovely village with many interesting walks around it...
A lovely village with many interesting walks around it including an interesting cove (Monk Haven)about 10 minutes walk away down a steep hill. A great pity that the only pub is closed and up for sale. The garden centre just up the road was a nice surprise with friendly staff and a great cafe. The lanes leading to the village are very narrow so journeys are not speedy! We visited off-season so this was not a great problem. We had a good meal and a warm welcome at the Jubilee Inn at Marloes about 7 minutes away.
