The room I stayed in was small but perfect for my needs. Very comfortable bed, with a small TV at the end, with some windows that opened up and let a lot of light in. Basic toilet/shower but all you need. It was quiet up on the top floor, so I slept well.

It was a lovely short break. For Feb weather was good , surprisingly quite a few people there and plenty of cafe and bars and restaurants open . It’s really nice to slow your pace down and just wander around and take in some views , of which there at many from the different beaches, and also observe the wildlife.and absorb the culture of the whole place . Very soothing .
We would recommend The Cornish Arms for a nice pub meal. We enjoyed visiting The Tate Gallery. We went to The St Ives Leisure Centre for a swim. We visited The St Ives Brewery and we bought some lovely gifts in the shop there. We had a delicious meal in The Brewhouse Restaurant. We would also recommend The Curry Garden Indian Restaurant for a nice meal. We had an enjoyable day at The Coast 2 Coast Carting Centre in Hayle.
Absolutely beautiful place nice and quiet everything was eye pleasing and the locals were friendly and helpful there’s a lot to do so if you can plan before the trip which is what I did but also plan when you’re there because you discover so much more in person
St Ives is a nightmare to get into by car. There is a park and ride. We stayed in Carbis Bay, a mile from St Ives and caught the bus down to the center with our two large dogs. The bus is every 15 minutes so ideal.
Stunning place to stay and best without a car as it is a nightmare to navigate around st Ives . Not so good if you are disabled or unsteady on feet. Room was downstairs, but was beautiful and perfect view. Not so good for unsteady on feet people. Upstairs would be better. Thai restaurant and fish and chip restaurants, both on front of main shopping area.
We loved it! It is quite large but still retains it's quaintness! Lots of places to eat and drink! Loved the Barbara Hepworth garden! The Tate was impressive but not really our taste in art, although we are sure It will appeal to many others! It is reasonably easy to get around, but quite hilly, so being of a certain age ( in our seventies ) we needed a few rests! Enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely be going back!!
The service and food were really good. I loved the restaurant, brand new decor and on the first night I ordered mussels and they were cooked to perfection. Breakfast in the main hall is also fabulous, freshly baked croissants and hot and cold food. The hotel has a really nice vibe and the room was very clean. The room was spacious and spotless. Staff are very friendly. Bar staff and waiting staff very efficient. Beautiful grounds of the hotel. Indoor and outdoor pools an extra bonus.
Stayed in one of the beach villas for four days. Stunning location on the beach with close views of the sheer power of the sea and beautiful Carbis Bay. The decor was sumptuous and an excellent venue for a family. Loved the privacy and ready access to the hotel and six restaurants. Restaurants were fabulous and ranged from fine dining through a range of styles, all sumptuous varied and sophisticated. Lovely lounge by the log fire. Really great experience!
St Ives
It was adequate, no frills accommodation. I suppose you don’t visit Cornwall to stay at the accommodation? There was a lovely woodland walk which was beautiful in the evening sunshine and you will be a short car journey away from Saint Ives or the bus leaves hourly. It was well connected. These were all very positive things

We booked the top floor Zennor room, which was fantastic. The room was spacious and had a stunning view, as well as a very comfortable bed. We were also pleased that our room had its own designated parking spot. The location was also great - a short walk to Porthmeor Beach and anywhere else in town is walkable as well.
Lovely luxury suite located in heart of St Ives. Close to train station, restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. The owner was very accomodating and welcomed us upon our arrival, especially when our personal travel plans changed with bringing our baby. Amazing furnishings and amenities in the terrace suite.
