Fiona and Dom are wonderful hosts and the Old Post House is so calm and peaceful, there is an amazing yoga/meditation room for guest use. Fiona provides local walking maps and guides and is so knowledgeable on the local area and places to visit. Breakfasts, cooked by Dom, full of local yummy produce.

First time to stay in a bell tent. Plenty of room. Nice outside bbq and bench but sadly it rained so we couldn’t use them.

Location was great, close to Cape Cornwall and the village of St Just so everything you need from a costal walk and views to die for to local village that has great pubs, food and a handy Co-op. The nice surprise in the tent was the gas stove and chairs etc.. suggest that these homely extras are added to the website as it will only encourage more people to stay!
If your going then try the shower... it was definitely an experience that I will never forget!(showering whilst stroking a horse)
Ideally located for walking along the cliffs. Not too far for sightseeing such as Land's End and that particular coast. St Just has some good traditional pubs, at least 3 cafes (very welcoming too). Overall a good location. Food in The Commercial Hotel was very good.

Lovely stay at The cCmmercial.
Lovely stay at The cCmmercial. Nice small town central for the beach, and surrounding town, such as Penzance. My friend and l went to The Minack theatre, 4 miles away, so The Commercial was perfect for that.
The Commerial and all the staff couldn't do enough for us, good food, comfortable beds, very attentive, young staff.

St Just is one of my favourite parts of Cornwall.
St Just is one of my favourite parts of Cornwall. A lovely little town with great beaches and coastal walks in short proximity. The town itself has a range of places to eat and drink - three pubs that all serve excellent food, and a butchers who do the best Cornish pasties you'll taste anywhere. St Just is a great base to spend the week hiking the coastal routes and exploring the various little coves and beaches such as Portheras Cove, Porthmeor Cove, Porthgwarra, Porthchapel and Pedn Vounder beaches. It is a long drive, but absolutely worth it to go somewhere a little less touristy!

Beautiful olde worlde type market square with numerous bars and eateries within it. Cape Cornwall is a must visit, it is a bit of a walk to get to if you don't take the car but well worth it as you can actually climb to the top of the headland and look directly over the edge at the wild Atlantic waves crashing in. A short bus ride to Penzance bus station from the St Just bus terminus is ideal as you can pick up any bus to pretty much anywhere in the whole of Cornwall from Penzance. Every bus ride is a £2 flat fare (2023) but a weeks unlimited travel is £25 and worth every single penny. Beautiful place.

St. Just was easy to maneuver around in by foot and for a small town had some good restaurants serving locally sourced food. The hiking was spectacular, but allow yourself longer time than the locals tell you as there are many side paths and you need time to enjoy the views!

St Just remains an interesting little town in a fascinating part of the country - I lived there for 5 years or so some years ago so know the area well.
The town has a mixture of shops and eateries and it was never short of pubs and places to stay.
For me the coastline remains the best in the country - the dramatic views over Botallack mines and over Cape Cornwall are unmatched in my humble opinion.
The area is also an absolute goldmine for Ancient Sites boasting several stone circles, quoits and two iron age villages.
Obviously the coast path passes nearby but there are many other interesting walks.
It's also an easy drive to Penzance and Sennen Beach/Land's End and a very scenic one to St Ives - the latter you can do on an open topped bus
The location was perfect for me as I was visiting some family and friends. It's very handy being in St Just with all the amenities there but also close to the rugged coastline and nature of West Cornwall. It is also much nicer to stay in an authentic miner's cottage rather than in a characterless resort or chain hotel. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. It was also lovely and quiet so the perfect getaway from London!
Staff were attentive and pleasant. The town is lovely. I can not recommend enough the food outlet next door, market one. Delicious food, very friendly staff and they run a timed collection service so can put an order in to collect at a time that suited us missing the queue. There is a bus stop by the carpark and Cornwall's open top bus tour stopped there so this was great. Location is fabulous for exploring the southern parts of Cornwall. I
We had a fantastic stay here, ample room and amazing location, 5 min walk to cape Cornwall, gas bbq and cooking stove with utensils provided, porta loos with tissue, everything was clean and tidy! Blow up beds with pump in case of deflation, staff were very friendly and accommodating, horse and wildlife literally right next to tent! Could not fault this place, will definitely be back!
The wellington is a lovely, friendly place to be. We were made welcome from the time we checked in, in till we left by the land lady Dee and her family. Nothing was to much trouble. The food was amazing, the family room we had was cozy and spotless. The Wellington hotel is in a great location. Well worth a visit. Can’t wait to return.
The bell tent was large, well equipped and the location was great. We had a walk down to Cape Cornwall and then it was only another short journey into St Just for a takeaway dinner. The air beds were comfortable and the whole place had a good atmosphere with the other people who were staying. The hosts were responsive to messages.
Centrally located in the heart of St Just not far from Cape Cornwall. Immaculate newly refurbished property. Amazing walk in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious. Comfy sofa huge smart TV good wifi. Friendly staff owners. Nearby Co op and shops restaurants free parking in nearby car park or on street
Amazing location above Cape Cornwall. I'm gluten free and felt very well looked after in that department. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was cosy, full of character. Bed clean and comfortable. Cornish tea & coffee lovely. The pool was fantastic and we had it to ourselves.
My favorite stop so far on the SWCP. Wonderful accommodations. Breakfast was the best I’ve had so far. Homemade bread. Locally sourced jam Fiona was very knowledgeable about the local area. I’d back in the area will definitely stay for a few days. Thanks for a great experience in St Just.
A dedicated parking space outside the front door makes loading/unloading easy and obviously simplifies going out for the day. The property has been sympathetically renovated to a very high standard, is cosy, comfortable and is located right in the centre of St Just.
Fiona was very friendly and she made us feel very welcome.

The location of the hotel right near Cape Cornwall was fantastic as we were walking the South West Coast Path. The wifi was very strong and having a bar and restaurant on site was very convenient.
Well prepared breakfast and at a time that matched my itinerary. Staff very helpful when arriving and remembered me from previous days phone call enquiry. Lovely area of Cornwall. Room was clean.
Beautiful setting with stunning views over Cape Cornwall, The Staff were very friendly, excellent food, lovely swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, close to Penzance, Minack Theatre, St Ives.
Visiting family in St Just, perfect location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and set us up for the day as Cornwall is overpriced in every aspect
