Breakfast was delightful - freshly baked breads and local cheeses and excellent coffee - what more could you want?
The room was compact (We stayed in the single rooms) but performed its purpose well.
The restaurant was outstanding - the food was memorable and really championed earthy fresh flavours - and I cant wait to go back!
