I had a family room and it was spacious and beds comfortable. The bathroom large enough for a family. It is also in a very good location easy to get too whether North or South terminal. Trains easily accessible and can quickly get into London.

This modern hotel is a 5-minute drive from London Gatwick Airport. The shuttle bus is currently not in operation, however a taxi can be arranged by Front Desk for approx. £18.

The room was big and the shower was more modern than I thought it was going to be for an older building. The view was insane and the place was very grand. we loved meeting the goats, that was a nice surprise. we were just there for the night and it was actually a great nights sleep. me and the boy had a great time and we over slept, and missed the 11am check out but they were super accomodating and allowed us to stay an extra hour to get ready for a tenner.

The rooms were not ready at check-in time. I sat waiting for quite a long time as I had wished to change and freshen up before going to my daughters house for an Easter day meal. The staff showed no interest in me sitting there whatsoever and I left my bag with them and Went to my daughters without having checked in. When I returned late in the evening, my bag was not able to be located and it took a further 10 or 15 minutes before anybody could find it. Only recently became a solo traveller in situations like this and I must say this hotel made me feel completely unimportant and invisible. It was absolute rubbish to be honest with you. What could be more normal than a dad turning up to check into a hotel before going off to his daughters on Easter Sunday? I guess that’s the sort of thing a hotel is there for, but not with this particular hotel. I was very, very disappointed.
