The owners were respectful of our privacy, but on hand if we needed them snd were very friendly. The location is perfect - just 5 minutes drive from restaurants, pubs & supermarkets.

The communication was great as they had to change my booking twice. I then didn't really know what to expect but it was just one night after a gig at The LCR. It was clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff member we met was quick (we were running very late) and helpful. We had free car parking and went to the sports park for breakfast.

Beautiful building and rooms were lovely. The pool and leisure areas were also lovely. I liked the outside seating area too.

Staff were lovely and helped us with the bed situation by placing a comforter which sort of helped. Good location.
Consisting of 3 Grade II listed Georgian buildings, and 2 coach houses, the hotel is situated in a pretty tree lined conservation area only a short stroll from the city centre.

The staff are exceptional people, who are friendly and welcoming to their wonderful hotel. The quirky way its basically 4 exciting and different buildings set in a lovely setting, is wonderful.
The rooms are all presented so we'll, and are cleaned to a very high standard.
Should you want to be close to Norwich Town centre, or ideally placed for travelling, this is the hotel for you.
