The area is beautiful and long walks around the beach are a must. The accommodation was lovely and it felt like we were in a little village. The local wildlife was extraordinary and very entertaining to watch over the beautiful landscape. Down the road are two wonderful pubs, The Fort and The Boat House, Both provide delicious food although the Boat House was quite expensive. The area provides easy access to Ryde and Newport which leads to most of the Island. The roads are easy to drive with no Motorways or busy commuter roads. No matter where you go the scenery is breathtaking. Seaview is a lovely town, very clean and the people are extremely friendly. We would certainly return.

As an elderly couple with movement problems the nearby seawall and promenade allowed us to enjoy daily walks overlooking the Solent. The variety of yachts, cruise ships and speed boats moving between the mainland and the Island and going out to sea giving us an interesting view.

Seaview has a large dog friendly beach and several eating places nearby that are happy to let dogs in. It is close to Ryde for the hovercraft to the mainland and shops, adventure playgrounds and places to eat.

Very helpful staff and an extremely comfortable bed in a gorgeous location. Very good breakfast. They called me immediately when I accidentally left behind some things and posted them to me on the same day! Amazing!

Seaview its self is very small with very few facilities but is a nice area for sailing or walking along the sea wall. There are a couple of nice pubs in the area but both seemed to be a bit on the expensive side for drinks and food.

The bungalow offered good views at the front and back of the property with plenty of space to relax. The location is superb, close to the beach, the little bit of wilderness at the back and near Seaview high street and shops. It was clean and well supplied with the necessary kitchen equipment. It was bright, warm and cosy. Clean and nicely decorated.

The property was well equipped inside. Comfortable bed and a good, hot shower. The site was very quiet ( apart from a barking dog one evening!) And it was only a short walk to the beach. Seaview is a lovely part of the Island.

The property was huge and really clean. Everything was well prepared for a holiday getaway, and we were able to cook in the kitchen, have breakfasts in the patio, and the entire experience was just amazing!

Salterns is a lovely, tranquil stay. Surrounded by nature, the chalet is a comfy, recently refurbished base from which to explore Seaview and surrounding villages. We will definitely return.
