Room was clean and well maintained. Easy check in and good value for money given that breakfast is included. Helpful staff at check in and when I had an issue with my key.

AWFUL, i did not sleep at all from a mixture of loud pigeons, a spider crawling on me, loud drainage / bathroom system nearby. the room was close to derelict and filthy. I asked for a refund it was so bad. the general manager point blank refused. worst hotel I have ever stayed in which is really saying something and worst customer service. also expect to pay a £10 deposit to use an £10 iron. I'm fuming, I wasn't expecting much for the £50 quid I paid but it was truly awful.
The Embankment Hotel is in a beautiful location beside the River Ouse. Only a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, this riverside setting overlooks quiet gardens and a Victorian bridge.

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay.
It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. However there was an awful weird rumbling noise all night coming from somewhere and we couldn't sleep at all. My fiancee went down and slept in the car !!!

Fantastic hotel. Super helpful staff.
Fantastic hotel. Super helpful staff. We were able to get ready for a wedding nearby and the hotel recommended some taxi companies a few days before so we could get them booked. The room was clean and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Handy to main road. Very small village.
Handy to main road. Very small village. Limited number of shops. Some good tracks for walking, running, cycling. St. Neots is only 20mins away and has everything you could want. Handy to Bedford but we didn't go there due to Covid infection rate.

The rooms were lovely and the beds really comfortable.
The rooms were lovely and the beds really comfortable.
With no air conditioning it was too hot at night. The breakfast was disappointing as the bacon was dry and hard.
The evening meal in the restaurant was delicious but the service was rather slow.
Fantastic location as we stayed there for USC,(car festival) beautiful hotel, rooms were very clean and had everything you could need, and the restaurant on site was one of the nicest Italians we’ve been to! The staff in the hotel and restaurant were so friendly and always happy to help, will definitely return next year!
The Fordham Arms is a former railway pub/hotel, now a hotel/pub/restaurant. It offers en suite rooms, and access to a small well equipped clean kitchen to make breakfast or other meals. There is a good Indian restaurant on site - ideal for evening dining.
Really friendly professional staff. The attached Italian restaurant team were attentive and professional. I knew about the breakfast situation so this was no issue.
I've stayed around Bedfordshire a ereasnable amount and will certainly stay here again

Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Very easy to get to with very good road links. Only a couple of minutes walk into the lovely village of Sharnbrook.
I loved the location, although I just stayed overnight and didn’t get to use the hotel restaurant or bar.
I felt safe and I could park right outside my room.
The bed was huge
Great hosts
Room was big with a big walk in shower
Great views
One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to attached to the hotel
