Skegness has a wonderful long sandy beach.
Skegness has a wonderful long sandy beach. It’s definitely the main attraction. By day there’s the obvious huge number of amusement arcades and a funfair on the seafront. Plenty of small independent shops and cafes but not many restaurants. At night the lack of restaurants is even more acute. Having to use a car to dine out is not what most people want.

Skegness is a nice compact seaside town.
Skegness is a nice compact seaside town. Unfortunately many grand hotels have turned to other ventures. There are many good pubs and bars. Good fish and chips are plentiful but that is not all of it. I recommend Steak and Stuff restaurant .
Only there for a couple of nights, so up and off fairly early and back in the evening, therefore we didn't spend too much time in the building. The hotel was in an excellent location for the town centre, Dave was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We've never been to Skegness before and should we go again, we would have no problem staying there.
The caravan was kept to a high standard with modern furnishings and everything was clean. The park isn't too far away from the main attractions and the buses into Skegness town centre are relatively frequent, and the walk is under an hour. The food available on site was delicious and good value for money!
Spacious clean caravan , toys and board games for the kids in the caravan, fishing lakes on site , buses to Skegness town centre or to fantasy Island from just off site or there's one come onto site down near the restaurant/bar , plenty to do on site as long as you've got passes.
Very good location. Lovely property, great parking, close to town centre. Excellent fresh cooked breakfast. Staff very welcoming, we would visit again. Highly recommended. Very welcoming. I can’t say enough about this hotel. Best one we have stayed in Skegness.
Lovely surroundings full of geese and ducks. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. Unfortunately, the flush on our toilet didn't work very well and water wouldn't drain from the bath. I would still return to this hotel though.
Welcomed by owners upon arrival, who were very friendly and helpful. Informed us on how to get to the key areas of Skegness and gave us their recommendations. Comfortable room, very clean and a great location. Definitely recommend
Great location 5 minutes or so from the train station and the center of Skegness. Close to the Royal Hotel if you come for the Reggie festival. Good value for money would definitely stay again.
Rosie's was perfectly placed just five minutes walk from seafront and shops.
Our room and bed was very comfortable and hardly any noise could be heard from other guests.
Breakfast was okay.
Staff friendly and helpful. Location outside of the main Skegness town centre was ideal for us, but only a 10 minute walk away. Surrounded by the golf course, 2 minutes from the beach.
The bed was comfortable. Great to have a kettle for the morning coffee. We had a Lovely and quiet nights sleep. This hotel is in a great location to walk into the centre of skegness.
