Breakfast was excellent. A massive improvement on last year. Room 210 very comfortable. Shower fitting could be a little more sturdy but was adequate and plenty of space. Very quiet location and very friendly helpful staff. Thank you

Everything was fabulous with this great find from the location, the hotel, the tea rooms, the bedroom was stunning, the breakfast was fabulous and a big thanks to Sue for making us so welcome. The bonus to this place is a Council run gardens just up from the hotel, entry is free and it's a beautiful place. If I could give 11 stars I would! What a great place - we will return.

The location was nice and quiet, we enjoyed the outside seating area and scenery. Also close to the South Downs which were beautiful. The size of the room exceeded our expectations and there was plenty of storage space.
