Stirling is a great place to visit. We regularly go to the Castle and have taken many visits to the Engine Shed and Wallace Monument too. The city is also filled with many wonderful eateries that cater for all types of taste and dietary need.
We had a lovely time away. We booked for 1 night to visit the safari park with our 1 and a half year old son as we live 3 hours away so thought we would break the journey up. Plenty to do, we also visited the active kids adventure park in Perth on our trip home and of course a trip to the kelpies.
We wasn’t made aware of the free breakfast on arrival and was not clear on the booking. Although the hotel was lovely and was accommodating for the dog. There is a lounge are where you can eat and drink and dogs are welcome.
What a very nice place to explore and see some amazing views from the castle and then to Blair Drummond safari park. It's very good for a weekend away. Food was really good and worth checking out. would go back again
Stirling is an incredibly interesting town steeped in history it has good transport facilities and great restaurant’s and bars you don’t realise the beauty of the place till you visit it I would definitely recommend a visit. It is a bit hilly which proved no problem for us but might for others
Lovely countryside. Thought there was more to see about the history. Was not made aware of the many spiral stone steps in the wallace tower. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Not mentioned on the website. The kelties were worth visiting at night... Amazing.

Was , absolutely brilliant. Lots of room, very clean. Fully serviced with towels etc. Also the first place I’ve stayed, where things like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc are provided. As we always forget to ack these items. The venue is fantastic too.
