The room was neat, clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for wandering to the shops, bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Baliff's House across the road did a great breakfast in the morning. Check in and out was smooth. Hairdryer, kettle and coffee machine was provided and a mini fridge which was helpful given the weather was so hot whilst we visited. Overall I would be happy to return and recommend to a friend.

We stayed here as we were at a wedding which was about 6miles away...had drinks in hotel and had a walk down to the pub apprx 5mins away. Wasnt keen on Stourport itself was very congested. Surrounding area looks lovely but didnt have time to explore. Cant see us visiting in near futurr

Lovely pretty place, particularly down by the waterside. We were there for a 3 day event at the Civic, but there is still plenty to do to have a nice stay around the area. There are all the shops you'll need, although the cafes that we found open (out of season) finished serving hot food early afternoon. There is a good choice of pubs, restaurants & takeaways. The music/record shop & antique shops opened on Sunday too. Easy to get around by foot although the buses to & from Kidderminster are confusing because of the one-way routes but with the same numbers (15 A/B/C). *Rooms ok but family room a little on the small side for a family of 4. *Breakfast quite expensive. *Leisure facilities- Extra charge for the use of these. Pool/steam room very grubby & dirty, in need of good clean. *Carpets grubby, corridors dark. (Rooms are not in the Manor house, they're in the annex) .. The staff were very welcoming and showed us to our room. We luckily arrived in time for dinner and had one of the best curries we have ever had! Breakfast was also brilliant.
