Lovely place to spend a weekend, the river and canal basin area are very pretty, loads of really good restaurants, places to stay and things to do. The Shakespeare birthday celebrations/parade is great (mid April). We did the marathon there and that's a great event if you are keen on running.

Stratford upon Avon is great for a short trip and easy to get to from London or anywhere from the Midlands. Particularly nice in spring. There are options for boat hires along the river, or go on a boating trip with someone else steering. Lots of little shops to explore. The big draw is the RSC. So nice to take in a play there with a pre-theatre dinner and explore the town.

Shakespeare's birthplace and museum was great!
Shakespeare's birthplace and museum was great! Staff were brilliant. We loved Stratford's mix of regular high street shops and unique independents. Lots of historic buildings and places to visit. We saw a matinee performance of a show that was at 1.15pm. We had time in the morning to explore, but after the show there wasn't much time for museums and other places of interest before they were closing for the day. Next time, I'll plan for a 2 day visit instead of just 1.

Guest house was in a very good location a short walk from the areas of Stratford upon Avon that a visitor would want to see.
The premises it self was very clean and comfortable. Facilities were all that you would expect ie large double shower and a king sized bed (requested)
The point that made it exceptionally pleasant was the welcome and friendliness of the host Tamara who provides a breakfast that would be hard to match in a hotel costing twice the price.
We thought overall the guest house met our requirements in all ways.
The staff were really attentive and helpful, especially the lady at breakfast time. I asked for fresh milk on arrival and was given a carton to take to the room.We had a superior room which was spacious and clean with a decent sized bed and shower. This was in a building next to main hotel. We couldn't hear the road at all. There was a good selection at breakfast time and lots of it! Sausages were yummy. A decent price paid for a hotel only a short drive to Stratford Upon Avon centre and ample parking at hotel.
When booking this spa break I was concerned about disability access for my niece, however the hotel catered very well for this. The room was very spacious and was accommodating for a wheelchair. The staff were all very friendly at both the hotel, diner and spa but a special mention to the member of staff at the spa who went out of his way to cater for disability needs. The hotel is in a beautiful location and short drive away from the stunning Stratford upon Avon.
We arrived the service at reception was outstanding nothing was to much trouble let us know everything we needed to know my wife has ms so we booked an accessible room lots of room position in the hotel was on the ground floor everything you needed was there beautiful toiletries fish milk for brews service in the bar was really good and breakfast was amazing
Looking forward to staying here again When we visit Stratford upon Avon
Thank you for an amazing stay
We stayed in Room 7 - Jessica's Room. It was glorious with a huge four poster bed and incredible bath
A view overlooking the gardens was beautiful.
It wasn't very busy whilst we were there, the few days before Christmas, and weekdays, so the hotel was lovely and quiet.
We had dinner on one night which was lovely and the service was great. The hotel is spotlessly clean.
The location was perfect for Stratford Upon Avon too.
The location of this hotel couldn't be better for exploring Stratford Upon Avon. It is very central and has a large car park, which was the clincher for us. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms and whole hotel was spotlessly clean and we liked the fact the TV was not on the wall, like most hotels, so we could easily use our Fire Stick etc
Drinks and snacks in the mini bar were also complimentary.
I love that the property is close to the the town center, clean, comfortable bed and mattress. Exceptional customer service. Bill the host was very kind to pick me up and drop me off at the train station as i am traveling alone. He gave informations about Stratford Upon Avon, and good sights to see. Breakfast was superb. I wish i had stayed longer.
Everything was perfect, it’s run by a lovely couple who are helpful and keep the place clean and tidy, the rustic look inside the B&B really sits with the theme of the area, the views from the room windows are perfect, overlooking fields, easy 10 minutes out from Stratford upon Avon town centre, so location is perfect, breakfast was delicious
The Hotel is linked to a Golf Course and there is plenty of green space off the course for walking our dog. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from Stratford upon Avon and easy to travel to Ragley Hall where The Game Fair was located. The room was well sound proofed and we couldn't hear the music from the nearby function room.
This lovely apartment is in the perfect location for a visit to Stratford Upon Avon. It is literally on the door step with parking right next to it. It is spacious for two people and much nicer than a hotel. The bed is comfortable and the shower is excellent.
There was great communication from the host and nothing was too much trouble.
Beautiful hotel with attentive staff, comfortable bedrooms and every detail taken care of. Really enjoyed staying here and felt that one night just wasn't long enough! It was in a prime position in Stratford with everything on its doorstep but when you were in the hotel it was quiet and tranquil.
Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were lovely. The hotel reception and breakfast dining areas are spacious.
The pool and fitness suite was open nice and early. The hotel is situated in easy walking (and wheelchair pushing) distance from the theatre, restaurants and shops.
Nicely appointed hotel - quite a long walk from our rooms to the main hotel. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the Manor Bar in the evening; great staff there. Did not use the spa but it looked good!
Heated towel rails in the bathroom and lovely big bath sheets.
Very cozy and well decorated in all areas of the hotel, rooms included. Very nice shower and amazing toiletries. With a nice mini-fridge. The bar is also very nice, and the staff helpful. Perfect stay. Complimentary breakfast was simple but very delicious.
Perfect location, room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast and service was amazing and location from office to town centre was less than 5 mins…. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is planning a stay over in Stratford upon Avon
We walked into Stratford upon Avon so the location was ideal. There was also a little outside seating area by a brook which was lovely as it was a sunny day.
