Our stay at the pods was truly amazing. Host Stacy was very welcoming and helpful, and the pods themselves were both cozy and situated in a gorgeous location. We could easily step outside, sit on the benches, and enjoy the cool breeze while soaking up the view.

A very special one night stay.
We really liked it here.
Although booked for one night just to break up the journey between the east and west coasts of Scotland, this ended up being a highlight of our Scottish tour instead, and we would have loved to have spent more time here.
The location is amazing, secluded but not too remote, perched on the cliff tops overlooking the sea and with fabulous views all round.
Our hosts were quite simply superb. Totally friendly and welcoming. They made us feel completely at home immediately and catered for everything we might need.
Breakfast was included in the cost and was tasty and filling. Our optional evening meal was a joy. Cooked on site by our hosts and a great end to the day.
The house itself is spacious and provides a shared lounge to relax in, as well as our well appointed en-suite bedroom which had the comfiest of beds.
There’s plenty of parking space outside for your motor too.
I quite simply have nothing negative to say about Salmon Landings. We absolutely loved it. I would recommend it to any of my family and friends.
We really hope to visit again in the near future.

A very unique place to stay. Feels like you're totally surrounded by the sea. Very comfortable flat with excellent host. Comfy bed and warm enough inside. Great sunsets amd lots of birdlife, porpoises can sometimes be seen from just outside the lighthouse.

It was absolute perfection.
It was absolute perfection. We went to the little cemetery and from there we walked down to the Strathy Bay beach. It was just beautiful. Wild and neverending ocean views, fresh air.
Our stay at the Strathy Bay Pods was comfortable, warm and provided us with everything we needed. We will absolutely go back again to explore more of the area and to enjoy the enormously comfortable pods.
