Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and always has a smile on their faces. The location on the lake is indescribably beautiful. The lake view rooms are unique. Dogs are welcome in this hotel. There are guidelines, but these are not a problem for dog owners. We would like to say thank you to the entire team for this relaxing stay. We would love to come back. Almost everything. The room was clean and comfortable with everything that you could need. The location was ideal to pick-up our grandson from Crayford and go to Gatwick Airport in the early morning.
